Beyond the treatment space, I live the wellness-focused lifestyle I support in my clients. Spending time in nature —exploring, reaching new heights in the mountains, and grounding by the water — keeps me centred and connected.
I also prioritize my own mobility and strength, along with wellness rituals like sauna sessions, cold dips, red light therapy, and massage. These practices help me stay in tune with my body and restore energy — so I can show up fully, and better support yours.


My Approach
Sea to Summit Massage & Wellness was born from a simple idea: massage therapy should meet people where they are. By offering mobile treatments, I serve people where they need care the most: in their homes, workplaces, care facilities, or at sporting events. This reduces barriers for clients who can't always travel to a clinic and makes wellness more accessible, especially in a community where active lifestyles and remote work are common.

My approach is specific, technical, results-driven, and tailored to your individual goals — whether that's improved performance, pain relief, or simply feeling more at ease in your body. I take a whole-person view of each treatment, considering your lifestyle, movement patterns, and stress levels.
