75 - Minute Session — $215.25 (GST included)
90 Minute Session —$236.25 (GST included)

75 minutes is great for full-body focus. Choose 90 minutes if you prefer a slower pace with more time on specific areas.
Senior Discount:
15% discount applies for anyone aged 65 and over.
Workplace Wellness Massage
On-site table massage sessions in the workplace to help employees reduce muscle tension, improve posture, and relieve stress —contributing to overall wellness and productivity.
A 2-hour minimum is required per booking.
Individual sessions range from 30-90 minutes per person, with up to 8 hours total available for full-day bookings.
Receipts provided for insurance reimbursement (RMT).

Sporting Event Massage
Great for races, athletic events, team days, and community activations.
2-Hour Minimum: $341.25 (GST included)
Full Day (6-8 Hours): $997.50 (GST included)
Flat rates only — not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
(Coming February 2026)
I am currently completing training in Manual Lymph Drainage and will be certified in February 2026. This gentle rhythmic technique supports recovery by stimulating the body's natural lymph flow, helping to reduce swelling, flush out metabolic waste, and promote tissue regeneration for improved overall wellness and vitality.

As a mobile therapist, I plan my schedule and travel route carefully to serve each client efficiently.
Last-minute changes impact not just my day, but the care I provide to others. Your understanding and support are deeply appreciated.
Booking
• A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.
• You’ll receive confirmation and reminder messages via email or text before your session.
Rescheduling
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in a late rescheduling fee or be considered a late cancellation, depending on the situation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will also be charged the full fee for the booked session.
Health & Illness
• If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to a contagious condition, please reach out to reschedule.
• In cases of illness or emergency, late cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.
